SOT utilizes full spine adjusting techniques and pelvis wedges to balance the pelvis and facilitate the flow of cerebrospinal fluid in the central nervous system. Most adjustments are accomplished by the pull of gravity and light manual thrust. SOT addresses soft tissue, viscera and cranium in its correction of misaligned joints.
